New guidance was issued on September 29 and will in effect from October 1 to October 15 for restaurants, bars and places of public accommodation, gymnasiums, movie theaters, performance venues and child-care facilities. This guidance follows the same rules laid out in the Tenth Continuation of the State Orders.

Face coverings are generally required in schools for anyone  over the age of 3 who does not have a medical condition that prevents use of a mask, or anyone who is participating in sports or exercise.

Gatherings of more than 50 people remain prohibited, with exceptions.

Nail salons, tattoo parlors, barber shops and other personal service businesses may operate with 6 feet of distancing between customers. Face coverings must be worn when staff are within 6 feet of customers or other staff.
