Face coverings are required in all public places, including while waiting in line to enter buildings, for everyone over the age of 12 in Wyoming. Children ages 3 to 11 are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings. This order will be in effect until February 8 and has very limited exceptions.

The following restrictions will be in effect until February 28, 2021:
- Gatherings of more than 25 people, indoors or outdoors, without social distancing are prohibited.
- Workout classes are limited to 25 people.
- Groups at bars and restaurants are limited to 6 people unless all members of a party are from the same household.
- Groups at theatres and entertainment venues are limited to 8 people unless all members of a party are from the same household.
