Utah Coronavirus Reopening Information and Guidance
Utah has moved to a new Transmission Index-based set of regulations that include specific requirements for individuals and businesses.
- Masks are mandatory in almost all indoor settings.
- Masks are mandatory in outdoor settings when a distance of 6 feet cannot be maintained from individuals from separate households.
- Employees and patrons of businesses must wear masks indoors and in outdoor settings where social distancing is not possible.
- Businesses must post mask requirement signs (link below).
- No one may host or participate in high school sports or extracurricular activities without first getting an FDA-approved CVOID-19 test and completing any quarantine or isolation period required by School Manual.
This order is effective from December 18, 2020, to January 21, 2021.
