As the Occupational Director for Sterling Medical, I strive to provide our clients with exceptional service. I am dedicated to the wellbeing of others and helping our clients simplify there Occupational Services as well as helping them maintain a safe, drug free work environment.

As a Occupational Director I work to help employers maintain good health in the workplace, including the prevention and treatment of diseases and injuries, and also promote productivity.

Occupational Medicine is a specialized unique branch of medicine dealing with the prevention and treatment of job-related injuries , .As the Occupational Director I assist the staff at Sterling Medical to understand the impact an injury has on the employee and the employer. I help our staff to ensure that we are providing quality screening and testing because it is a crucial part of ensuring a healthy, drug free work environment and community.

We all wish for a drug-free community and work environment. At Drugs Plus Screening I would proudly strive to help employers reach this goal. I helped employers maintain a drug free work environment while keeping up to date with compliance, as well as help the community over come the drug use challenges.

Consortium Management / Case Management

Consortium Management: Manage data base of companies and employee's that generates random drug screen list and tracks results and compliance. I developed knowledge of the state and feral drug testing regulations, pay tedious attention to detail to meet government requirements and posses good public relations, management skills to encourage employers and employee's to be compliant.

Case Management: Facilitate communication between our office, the patients we treat, the employers of those patients, the physician specialist, and industrial insurance adjusters. Balancing relationships that at times came become complex and at times conflicting.

1999 - 2006

Perinatal Tech

Utah Valley Regional Medical Center
Function under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include assisting the nursing staff in maintaining day-to-day management of supplies, equipment and inventory supplies. Supplies and preparation of specific equipment and rooms. As Perinatal Technician I functioned as an integral member of the unit-based care delivery team by performing a variety of technical components essential to the ongoing delivery of quality patient care.
