Occupational Medicine is a specialized unique branch of medicine dealing with the prevention and treatment of job-related injuries , .As the Occupational Director I assist the staff at Sterling Medical to understand the impact an injury has on the employee and the employer. I help our staff to ensure that we are providing quality screening and testing because it is a crucial part of ensuring a healthy, drug free work environment and community.

Consortium Managment / Case Managment
Consortium Management: Manage data base of companies and employee's that generates random drug screen list and tracks results and compliance. I developed knowledge of the state and feral drug testing regulations, pay tedious attention to detail to meet government requirements and posses good public relations, management skills to encourage employers and employee's to be compliant.
Case Management: Facilitate communication between our office, the patients we treat, the employers of those patients, the physician specialist, and industrial insurance adjusters. Balancing relationships that at times came become complex and at times conflicting.

Function under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include assisting the nursing staff in maintaining day-to-day management of supplies, equipment and inventory supplies. Supplies and preparation of specific equipment and rooms. As Perinatal Technician I functioned as an integral member of the unit-based care delivery team by performing a variety of technical components essential to the ongoing delivery of quality patient care.
