Sterling Occupational Health from Sterling Medical was created by business owners with a clear understanding of the challenges that employers and employees face in accessing and administering health care. We provide comprehensive occupational health services that enable you to lower health care costs through timely patient turnaround and efficient case management.
Through this program, members get access to Sterling Medical Case Management specialists who work with health care providers to find discounts on services beyond what we offer at our urgent care walk-in clinics. We also manage all aspects of worker’s compensation cases and keep you updated through a secure website.
Sterling Occupational Health has been built to meet the needs of employers and is available exclusively to employers. Since our founding 5 years ago, we have managed more than $87 million in claims in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. Our size and experience will give your business the kind of access and service that was once available only to the largest employers.
We are business owners. We know that preventing injury and illness and keeping your employees healthy results in a more productive workforce.
The Sterling Occupational Medicine Program at Sterling Medical is committed to providing your company with comprehensive services enabling you to lower cost through timely patient turnaround and efficient case management.

Meet Sami Evans
Director of Occupational Health
Sterling Medical, LLC
As an Occupational Health Director, I work to help employees maintain good health in the workplace, including the prevention and treatment of diseases and injuries, and also to promote productivity.
Occupational Medicine is a specialized unique branch of medicine dealing with the prevention and treatment of job-related injuries. As the Occupational Health Director, I assist the staff at Sterling Medical to understand the impact an injury has on the employee and the employer. I help our staff to ensure that we are providing quality screening and testing because it is a crucial part of ensuring a healthy, drug-free work environment and community.
